General Policies and Rate Information

Welcome to Innotracker Ltd. By using the services offered on the websites of Innotracker Ltd., including those available by hyperlink, you agree to the following terms.

Organizations whishing to use the Innotracker platform to publish information about their products are hereinafter called Publisher. Innotracker Ltd. accepts presentations of company and product data subject to all terms and conditions stipulated herein and in the Innotracker Ltd. Publication Rate where applicable. The input of data by the publisher constitutes acceptance by the publisher of all rates and conditions that exist when the publication is sold by Innotracker Ltd. and those of subsequent rates. Placing a publication also indicates acceptance of the publication acceptability policies of Innotracker Ltd.. In the event of a conflict between the publisher’s terms and the rate, the rate published by Innotracker Ltd. shall govern.

The terms and conditions of the rates and all subsequent rates are an integral part of the publication contract between Innotracker Ltd. and the publisher.

Innotracker Ltd. reserves the right to issue new rates.

Contract and Copy Regulations

The publisher assumes liability for all content (including text representations and illustrations) and also assumes responsibility for any claims arising there from made against Innotracker Ltd.. The publisher acknowledges that Innotracker Ltd. owns the copyright in and to the selection, coordination and arrangement of the content of the website, including any advertisements it publishes. The publisher agrees that to the extent Innotracker Ltd. deems it necessary, the publisher is obligated to cooperate and/or participate in any enforcement by Innotracker Ltd. of copyrights of Innotracker Ltd..

Innotracker Ltd. shall carry the appropriate copyright notice in its name. The publisher agrees to indemnify and hold Innotracker Ltd. harmless from all costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), liabilities and damages arising in any way from the presentation placed by the publisher. Innotracker Ltd. will not be bound by any special clauses relating to legal liability, circulation guarantees or any other condition in contracts or insertion orders that conflict with its policies, unless Innotracker Ltd. has specifically agreed in writing. Innotracker Ltd. accepts no liability for its failure, for any cause, to show the presentation. Innotracker Ltd. accepts no liability for reductions in distribution caused by acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, suspension of presentation, failure of the communication network or any other cause beyond its control.

Cancellation of orders will be accepted subject to written confirmation by Innotracker Ltd. before publication. Cancellations will not be accepted after publication.

Innotracker Ltd. reserves the right to revise or reject publications in accordance with standards of acceptability of Innotracker Ltd..

Presentation Acceptability Guidelines

Innotracker Ltd. maintains a Presentation Acceptability Board whose function is to examine presentations before final presentation to determine whether they meet the standards of acceptability of Innotracker Ltd.. Innotracker Ltd. may decline to accept a presentation that is misleading, inaccurate or fraudulent; that makes unfair competitive claims or that fails to comply with its standards of decency and dignity. If a presentation contains statements or illustrations that are not deemed acceptable and that Innotracker Ltd. thinks should be changed or eliminated, the publisher will be notified. Innotracker Ltd. will attempt to negotiate changes with the publisher; however, if changes cannot be negotiated, the presentation will be declined by Innotracker Ltd..
